New Heights is a Disability and Nursing Support company based in Adelaide, South Australia. Founded by a family of Nurses and Support workers from small country towns we know how powerful a strong community can be and hope to create just that. Our focus is person-centred care with compassion and empowerment at the forefront of everything we do. At the end of the day we want our participants to feel heard, understood and empowered to live their lives to the fullest. New Heights aims to not just support but to open opportunities for participant’s that they may never have thought achievable and do this in an accepting community of like-minded people.
